PERSONAL PROFILE
Raquel Antolin-Lopez is a full-time doctoral student in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Almeria. She attained recently the doctoral candidate status. Raquel is currently an invited lecturer on “International Management” course within the Master in International Management and Languages programme.
Educational Background. Raquel received both Business Administration and Market Research degrees from the University of Almeria, where she also completed a Master in Management and Business Economics. During her degree in Business Administration, she studied for 10 months at the University of Federico II, Naples (Italy) as part of the Erasmus program. At the moment, She is enrolled in the doctoral program.
Professional Background. After finishing her bachelor degrees, Raquel was working in Banco Santander. At the end of 2009, She joined the Department of Business Administration after obtaining a research fellowship from the University of Almeria. One year later, Raquel got one of the 25 Spanish research fellowships awarded from the Ministry of Education and Science. Raquel has also been visitor scholar at the University of Colorado and Indiana University in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Her research interests include environmental/sustainable entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and institutions, renewable energy, environmental management and public policies.
Teaching Experience. Antolin-Lopez currently teaches a course on International Management within the Master in International Management and Languages programme. She has also taught International Negotiation in previous years. In addition, she teaches Quality and Environmental Management and Managerial skills at the University of Almeria.
